Welcome to Casa Compadres in Sayulita, a luxurious vacation villa located just a 3-minute walk from the rarely crowded north-end beach and “left” surf break. Offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean to the west during the day, spectacular sunsets in the evening, and the serenity of swaying palm trees of the jungles and Monkey Mountain to the east.
This 3.5BR (.5 is a den with a bed)/4BA house is an ideal design for families or couples looking to enjoy an incredible Sayulita vacation. Acclaimed architect Jose Enrique del Valle designed Casa Compadres with both “form and function” in mind allowing for indoor/outdoor living, sweeping views, and ingenious architectural creativity.
Upon entering the antique-designed front door, guests are greeted by a magnificent open stairwell with three large hanging chandeliers, lighting the way to the two primary bedrooms on the top floor. Both air-conditioned bedrooms open up to an expansive terrace with fantastic ocean and village views.
From this floor, guests can continue up the staircase to the rooftop patio, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while gazing at the ocean, set up a workstation for your stay, or sit and enjoy a margarita while watching the sunset at night. You may even catch a glimpse of the dolphins jumping and breaching whales in season.
The kitchen, dining, and open-air living room make up the off-street level of Casa Compadres and are beautifully furnished with hand-selected artwork, lighting, and furnishings from throughout Mexico. In addition, a large digitally controlled refrigerator and stocked kitchen ensure guests have the option to create fabulous meals from ingredients purchased in the local markets.
The lower level offers a tropical oasis complete with a gorgeous pool with a waterfall, lounge chairs, tropical plants, and palm trees. A large garden area with a palapa provides a private escape to enjoy a book in the shade. Adjoining the pool area is the “Stone” bedroom appropriately named for the beautiful stonework wall. This bedroom also has a private marble-tiled bathroom with a unique indoor/outdoor shower.
Due to the location of Casa Compadres, a rental car is not necessary. Maid service is provided 2X/a week.
A whole-house water purification system is in use for your convenience.

Staying at Casa Compadres was a great experience! The house was just as described if not better. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. The location was just far away enough from downtown that it felt peaceful and secluded but a nice easy walk to the beach or restaurants. My family and I stayed Sayulita for 3 weeks and got to call Casa Compadres our home for that time. We loved it there- the location can’t be beat. 2 blocks from the beach walking distance to coffee, restaurants, the best ice cream and a few bars. It was perfectly placed just close enough to all the things to do in town yet not loud. Cesar was there to welcome us and help us with anything we needed!! He helped with transportation to places around the area, get us a golf cart for our time there and anything we had questions about. My husband worked from there during the week and used one of the bedrooms as his office. Internet and lack of noice was perfect. My kids and I loved the pool, perfect amount of shade and afternoon sunshine. House was equipped with all things we needed and we felt TOTALLY safe. Sayulita really is a magical town, and after three weeks we were feeling right at home. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely stay here again in the future!! Highly recommend.

Our visit was during a extra hot and humid week in June. Which made the main room and kitchen warm, but the bedrooms were nice and cool with the air conditioner and the pool was fantastic. The home is really nice and we enjoyed our stay. Cesar was super helpful and provided quick responses to our questions. He also gave us great recommendations and scheduled our car service to and from the airport among other things. This is our first visit to Sayulita, we enjoyed our stay and everyone was very nice. One of our favorite vacations! Kevin, the owner, and Cesar, the house manager, were easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. We loved the ability to have a golf cart delivered and picked up. House was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Pool was beautifully maintained. Air conditioners worked great in all the bedrooms. Wonderful high speed ceiling fans throughout the home. We can’t wait to return!

Kevin and Cesar were great. The home was beautiful and only a short walk to everything the area had to offer but not directly in the town center where nightlife might have been a little loud. I would highly recommend to anyone coming to this area!
